If you have tried parts of the program before...
This program contains more than 50 interlocking strategies (or things you can do) to
improve your sleep. Almost everybody who tries the program has tried some of these
strategies before. You may have tried one strategy for a week or two, another for a
few months or years, and so on. However, my experience is that there is an important
synergy involved in the program. That is, using all of the strategies together for
4-6 weeks has much more power than using each of the different strategies separately.
This means that, if you have not tried using all of the strategies together, for a
full 4-6 weeks, you have not tried the program.
