Do I use the program myself?
Definitely yes! I have an extremely active mind - it just never wants to stop. Because
I have this active mind, I often use the strategies for Reducing Thinking and Worrying
in Bed. It takes a while to learn to use these strategies, but I can certainly say
from personal experience that they can be extremely effective and helpful, even with
a mind that 'has a mind of its own' and never wants to switch off.
