| If you are a bit sceptical. One man said recently when he was deciding whether or not to try the program: 'What could this program have in it that I haven’t tried already?' I certainly understand it when people are sceptical like this. Almost everybody who tries this program has tried a number of ways of curing his or her insomnia. Each time you try something new, your hopes are raised. Each time a new 'cure' fails to solve the problem, your hopes are dashed. A voice inside you may be saying something like: 'Don’t get your hopes up too high. This program may not work, just as your previous efforts did not work'. It is normal and to be expected that you may be feeling like this. Most of the 80% of people whose sleep improved significantly after using the program started with some scepticism too. I do not expect you to say: 'I know this program will work for me.' What I do hope you might say is something like: 'I don’t know if this program will work for me, but I will certainly give it my best shot for 4-6 weeks'.
